Quinton Gardner| Featured Artist

Quinton Gardner is an operatic bass-baritone, heavy metal vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and record artist/producer whose work spans opera, theater, contemporary music, and metal. Raised in a family of opera singers, Quinton grew up surrounded by music and has developed a career as wonderfully wide-ranging as his considerable voice.

Quinton has been part of some of our most adventurous programs, bringing his powerful bass-baritone, theatrical presence, and musical versatility to our stage. We love having a singer who can move so effortlessly between worlds—and who is always willing to jump into whatever musical adventure we dream up.

Outside the classical world, Quinton is the founder, principal songwriter, and frontman of Full Metal Jackson – a heavy metal Michael Jackson tribute band –  and a creative collaborator and voice talent with Lightbreaker. He also teaches voice, specializing in classical fundamentals and extreme/extended vocal techniques.

For Brunch & Bad Choices, Quinton brings the bass, the metal, and a very healthy appreciation for musical mayhem.
