Benson Polytech High School Auditorium

The newly renovated Benson Polytechnic High School auditorium is a modern theatre with seating for nearly 1,000 attendees. The three-year-construction period on Benson began in 2021 and was completed in the summer of 2024. Resonance Ensemble’s 2025 performance marks the first use of the space by a professional ensemble.

ADA, Transit, and Parking Information

Benson High School is ADA accessible. A wheelchair ramp is located to the right of the auditorium entrance, with elevator access to the main floor, balcony level, and basement bathrooms. If you will require additional assistance, please contact us to let us know!

Parking

Street parking available in surrounding neighborhoods. A drop-off zone is available at the front of the school at the base of the center stairs.

Rideshare

For rideshare services, such as Lyft or Uber, use the address: 546 NE 12th Avenue. The auditorium entrance is on the left side of the building as you face the high school from 12th street, near the intersection with Irving Street.

Bus Lines

Bus line 70 includes stops right next to the venue (Irving & 12th). Bus lines 12, 19, and 20 include stops a few blocks from the venue (NE Couch & 12th).
